At Bridge Inn Saddlery, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to put it right quickly and fairly.

Returning an Item

If you change your mind about a full-priced item, you can return it within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all labels and tags still attached.

Please Note:

Sale and clearance items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described.

We also cannot accept returns on safety wear (riding hats or body protectors).

How to return

  • Let us know: Please email or call within 28 days of receiving your order.
  • Pack It up: Repack the item carefully, include your name, original receipt and reason for return.
  • Post it back: Send it to Bridge Inn Saddlery, Unit 31b, Stephenson Way, Formby, Liverpool L37 8EG.
  • We advise the parcel is tracked & signed for as we cannot accept any liability for parcels going missing.
  • We do not offer free returns.
